6. Delivery

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to courier delays.

We are not liable for delivery delays outside of our control.

7. Returns & Refunds

Returns are accepted within 14 calendar days. The product must be unused and in original condition.

Certain hygiene products are non-returnable if used (see full Return Policy).

Refunds are issued within 14 days of receiving the returned product.
