You may return goods within 14 calendar days of receiving them, in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be in its original packaging with all accessories included.

• A proof of purchase (invoice or receipt) must be provided.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene standards, the following items cannot be returned if opened or used:

• Mattress protectors

• Bedding products

• Other personal or hygiene-related items

These may only be returned if found to be defective or delivered in error.

3. How to Initiate a Return

To start the return process:

2. Provide your order number and reason for return.

3. We will provide return instructions, including the return address.

4. Return Shipping

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product is defective or incorrect.

5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the refund approval or rejection.

If approved:

• The refund will be processed within 14 calendar days.

• The amount will be returned to your original payment method.

If the returned product shows signs of use or damage, we may deduct a portion of the refund or reject the return.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:

• Contact us immediately at info@makromeda.com with photos and details.

• We will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund, including any applicable shipping costs.
